‘MAS Ponnnonam 2025’ in Sligo on September 7th, with Kalabhavan Joshi’s Performance as the Main Attraction

IRELAND: The Sligo Malayali Association (MAS) is all set to host its ‘Ponnnonam 2025’ celebrations on Sunday, September 7th. The organizers told “Euro Vartha” that the event, which aims to bring the prosperity and joy of Onam to the Malayali community in Ireland, will feature a variety of cultural programs, a delicious Onasadhya, and a special cultural show led by prominent artists from Kerala.

Main Attractions

The biggest highlight of this year’s MAS Ponnnonam is the cultural evening presented by the famous artist Kalabhavan Joshi and his troupe from Kerala. The event will also be enhanced by a musical performance by Rajesh Adimali, Jyothish Babu, and Ashwathy Vijayan.

Traditional Onam Pookkalam (floral carpet), a mega Thiruvathira, various folk art forms, and an exciting tug-of-war competition are also part of the festivities.
