A woman in her 60s tragically died at Dublin Airport after arriving on a Ryanair flight on Tuesday night.

The woman had just returned from a holiday in Malaga, Spain, with her family, and arrived on the Ryanair flight on June 18, 2024.

In a statement, Gardaí reported they, along with emergency services, responded to a medical emergency onboard the flight upon its landing at Dublin Airport. “A female in her 60s was pronounced deceased a short time after landing,” the statement said.

The woman’s body has been transferred to the morgue at Connolly Hospital Blanchardstown.

Authorities do not suspect foul play at this time regarding the Dublin Airport death.
