Some Three Ireland prepay customers experienced issues today, with their call, text, and data allowances temporarily unavailable due to a technical glitch. Affected users saw their credit balances displayed as “€0” despite having funds in their accounts.

Three Ireland acknowledged the issue and assured customers that no one would be financially impacted. The company’s technical team began working on a resolution earlier today, with a spokesperson issuing an apology for the inconvenience caused.

Despite ongoing efforts, some customers continue to report incorrect credit and allowance balances on their accounts.

In a recent update, a Three Ireland spokesperson reassured users that balances would “reappear in the coming hours.” The company also advised those still facing connection problems to restart their devices.

“We’d like to reassure you that no customers will lose credit as a result of this issue,” the spokesperson stated in a post on X. “We apologise for any inconvenience caused.”
